About the Role
This is a great opportunity to launch your IT career with a Fortune 100 company. We're seeking a motivated Desktop Support Technician to assist with IT warehouse operations and hardware deployment. Ideal for candidates with at least 6 months of hands-on hardware experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill IT hardware requests and manage inventory using ServiceNow and SAP systems.
- Receive, check in, and ship IT hardware including laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Support equipment recovery by coordinating pickups and returns, including remote user logistics.
- Deploy and set up computer peripherals and accessories.
- Image computers using USB or enterprise tools such as SCCM.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and data retention practices.
- Collaborate with managers to retrieve equipment from offboarded employees.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in PC support or a related IT role (e.g., Service Desk, Desktop Support, Hardware Fulfillment).
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
- Experience with imaging tools (USB or SCCM).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license required.
