Job Description :-
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain RPA bots using Automation Anywhere (preferred) or other RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism).
- Assist in testing, debugging, and deploying automation solutions.
- Support existing automations by troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
- Follow best practices for RPA development, including coding standards, documentation, and version control.
- Collaborate with the team on integrating RPA solutions with AI or cognitive services where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 2 years of experience in RPA development.
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360).
- Knowledge of UiPath or Blue Prism is an advantage.
- Basic programming skills in Python, .NET, or Java are a plus.
- Understanding of process automation lifecycle (requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, support).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
