Role: PeopleSoft SCM Functional Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 4 Months (Possible Extension)
Overview: Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft SCM Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Purchasing, Inventory, and Cost Management. This is a remote support-focused role requiring both functional depth and solid techno-functional understanding to troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize PeopleSoft Supply Chain processes.

Overview: Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft SCM Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Purchasing, Inventory, and Cost Management. This is a remote support-focused role requiring both functional depth and solid techno-functional understanding to troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize PeopleSoft Supply Chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for PeopleSoft SCM modules (Purchasing, Inventory, Cost Management).
- Analyze, design, and recommend solutions to optimize supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to review solution architecture and ensure technical soundness.
- Troubleshoot integration and system issues between PeopleSoft and third-party applications.
- Support and guide end-users on PeopleSoft functionalities related to Purchasing and Inventory.
- Develop functional documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
- Write and analyze complex SQL queries for issue resolution and reporting.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing support.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience as a PeopleSoft SCM Functional Analyst.
- Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft Purchasing, Inventory, and Cost Management modules.
- Understanding of PeopleSoft technical components (Page, Component, App Engine, Component Interface).
- Ability to debug and support technical teams (no hands-on coding required).
- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder interaction, and leadership skills.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmacy domains is highly preferred.
