Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Dallas, TX | Charlotte, NC | Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12-Month Contract

Note: As per client s hiring preferences, those with independent visa status are more likely to be shortlisted.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow FSO module
  • CIS-CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist Customer Service Management) certification
  • Strong knowledge of banking or financial operations workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise banking platforms
  • Background in financial compliance, customer service, or debit card disputes
  • Strong understanding of hybrid environments and security protocols
