Job Description

Role: SAP Fieldglass Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration:
    • Lead full-cycle SAP Fieldglass implementations from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
    • Configure modules including Contingent Labor, SOW, Services Procurement, and Worker Profile.
    • Design and implement complex workflows, approval processes, and business rules.
  • Integration & Support:
    • Integrate SAP Fieldglass with systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, Workday, and payroll platforms.
    • Conduct data migration, validation, and testing (unit, integration, UAT).
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to job postings, workflows, and integrations.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Collaborate with clients to assess needs and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
    • Provide expert guidance on Fieldglass best practices and industry standards.
  • System Administration:
    • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
    • Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy.
    • Develop custom reports and dashboards using Fieldglass reporting tools.
  • Documentation & Mentorship:
    • Create technical specifications, configuration documents, and user guides.
    • Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge across teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 4+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation and support.
  • Experience with contingent workforce management and vendor management systems.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and APIs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP certifications (Fieldglass, SuccessFactors).
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Jira.
  • Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and web services.
