Job Description
Role: SAP Fieldglass Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead full-cycle SAP Fieldglass implementations from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Configure modules including Contingent Labor, SOW, Services Procurement, and Worker Profile.
- Design and implement complex workflows, approval processes, and business rules.
- Integration & Support:
- Integrate SAP Fieldglass with systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, Workday, and payroll platforms.
- Conduct data migration, validation, and testing (unit, integration, UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to job postings, workflows, and integrations.
- Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to assess needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
- Provide expert guidance on Fieldglass best practices and industry standards.
- System Administration:
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using Fieldglass reporting tools.
- Documentation & Mentorship:
- Create technical specifications, configuration documents, and user guides.
- Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge across teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 4+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation and support.
- Experience with contingent workforce management and vendor management systems.
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP certifications (Fieldglass, SuccessFactors).
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Jira.
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and web services.
