Role: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Redwood City, CA (onsite)

Job Description:

  • As an Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to technical problems
  • Maintain accurate records of time spent on each task and travel locally to customer sites as needed
  • Respond promptly to service requests and tickets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes
  • Document and share knowledge with colleagues to improve technical skills
