Role: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Redwood City, CA (onsite)
Job Description:
- As an Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Develop and implement effective solutions to technical problems
- Maintain accurate records of time spent on each task and travel locally to customer sites as needed
- Respond promptly to service requests and tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and networking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes
- Document and share knowledge with colleagues to improve technical skills
