Job Title: ServiceNow Solutions Architect HRSD

Location: Remote (US only, must be based on US soil)

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract

Alldus is hiring on behalf of a ServiceNow Partner for an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive strategic HR transformation initiatives on the ServiceNow platform, optimizing employee experience and HR operations across the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned with enterprise HR strategies and business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess current HR processes and define future-state workflows using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable HRSD architecture and configurations.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of HR modules, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and data models.
  • Provide technical and functional guidance to development teams and business process consultants.
  • Support governance, change management, and platform optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years focused on HRSD.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect or Technical Lead on large-scale HRSD implementations.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, employee lifecycle management, and case/knowledge management.
  • Experience with integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications in HRSD or related modules, including CIS-HRSD certification.
