Summary
Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) UKG PRO. This role ensures the accuracy, security, and integrity of employee data while supporting HR operations, reporting, and compliance requirements. The HRIS Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for system users, providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting assistance.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
1 3 years of HRIS, HR operations, or related experience.
Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG, WFM, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills and a commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills with proven collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
Customer service orientation with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee data within the UKG suite including Workforce Management (WFM) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Serve as the primary contact for HRIS-related inquiries, troubleshooting system issues, and escalating as needed, including historical edits in WFM.
Monitor internal Payroll email box in conjunction with Payroll team to triage HRIS related issues.
Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to identify and correct errors, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Support HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams with data processing, audits, and reconciliations.
Provide system support for core HR processes, including onboarding, benefits enrollment, performance management, and payroll integration.
Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements for efficiency and automation.
Maintain HRIS security roles and permissions, ensuring proper access controls are in place.
Support end-users by providing training, guidance, and resources on HRIS functionality and best practices.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll teams on system enhancements, upgrades, and configuration changes
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and system utilization.
Participate in HR technology projects, including testing, documentation, and user acceptance processes
