Job Description:

We are looking for a EDI Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to support our growing portfolio of retail and e-commerce integrations. This role requires a solid understanding of business processes, particularly in supply chain and logistics, and the ability to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Project Development & Business Analysis

• Design and implement B2B integrations using OIC.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze EDI and business process requirements.
• Develop and maintain integration workflows and APIs.
• Conduct testing and validation of integrations.

Production Support

• Provide support for OIC-based integrations and assist with EDI transaction troubleshooting.
• Onboard and test new trading partners.
• Use ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.

System Administration

• Manage and maintain OIC environments.
• Support IBM Sterling B2B Integrator as needed.
• Ensure system performance, upgrades, and compliance.

Architecture & Standards

• Define integration best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Working knowledge of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator is a plus.
• Proficiency in EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML Papinet).
• Retail EDI experience is required (850, 856, 810, 940, 944, 945).
• Familiarity with logistics EDI (204, 210, 214, 310).
• Experience with AS2, SFTP, SQL, and Linux/Unix.
• Excellent communication and business process analysis skills.
