Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing an SAP ECC 6.0 implementation with a focus on Materials Management (MM) and Finance (FI) modules. This hybrid role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business needs with SAP capabilities and ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
Facilitate project planning sessions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Evaluate proposed system changes and conduct impact analyses to assess cross-functional implications.
Provide expert guidance and hands-on support to the Materials Management (MM) and Finance (FI) teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, ensuring smooth system operations.
Assist in addressing HR and Payroll module questions and provide minor support as needed.
Lead and participate in stakeholder meetings to align on system updates and changes.
Offer insights and recommendations to optimize SAP processes and workflows.
Ensure effective documentation of processes, changes, and project outcomes.
Support the integration of SAP solutions across different business units.
Requirements
Extensive experience with SAP ECC 6.0, particularly in Materials Management (MM) and Finance (FI) modules.
Strong understanding of SAP functional processes with the ability to work across multiple domains.
Familiarity with SAP integration and troubleshooting methodologies.
Experience or exposure to HR and Payroll modules is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex system challenges.
Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work model and manage competing priorities.
