Description

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identifies and aligns technology strategies with business goals to enhance operations, boost performance, and support organizational success.
Oversees and manages the company's IT operations, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective technical support for both hardware and software systems.
Leads the planning, development, and execution of IT systems and initiatives, including business information systems (BIS), software, hardware, and data management.
Designs and implements disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity during emergencies or data loss incidents.
Establishes and enforces IT standards, offering strategic recommendations to improve the overall infrastructure.
Evaluates IT systems and infrastructure performance, analyzing factors such as operating costs, efficiency, upgrade needs, and other key metrics.
Manages the security of enterprise systems, networks, and data, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of company information.
Coordinates and supports IT-related audits and security investigations.
Participates in financial planning related to IT, including budgeting, investment analysis, and ROI assessments.
Builds and maintains relationships with third-party IT vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality services and support.
Provides leadership and development opportunities for IT department staff, fostering a productive and collaborative team environment.
Plans, assigns, and monitors projects for the IT team to ensure timely and successful completion.
Adheres to in-office scheduling as determined by the supervisor; subject to modification as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Post-secondary education is preferred.
Demonstrated success in developing long-term IT strategies that align with business objectives.
Proven track record of effectively leading and managing high-performing teams.
Strong capability in driving organizational change and adopting new technologies and processes.
In-depth knowledge of current IT systems, tools, and management practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software applications.
Experience with Business Information Systems (BIS) tools such as NetSuite and Monday.com.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong analytical thinking and management capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
