Role: Treasury Systems Administrator/Analyst
Location: SFO, CA (Hybrid)
Lead the implementation of the Treasury Treasury Management System, including configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
* Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Treasury and Oracle Cloud, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
* Collaborate with treasury, finance, IT, and external vendors to gather requirempts, define system configurations, and troubleshoot issues.
* Provide ongoing administration, maintenance, and support for the Treasury system, including user access management, system updates, and performance monitoring.
* Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, integration processes, and user procedures.
* Conduct user training and provide support to ensure effective utilization of the Treasury system.
* Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and other projects related to treasury technology.
* Ensure data integrity and security within the Treasury system and its integrations.
* Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging technologies in treasury management systems and Oracle Cloud.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience with the Treasury Treasury Management System, including implementation and administration.
* Strong experience in integrating financial systems, particularly with Oracle Cloud (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management).
* Solid understanding of treasury operations, including cash management, debt management, foreign exchange, and risk management.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
