Workday Security Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC / Raleigh, NC (Onsite only)
Bill Rate Cap: $55/hr
Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Workday security roles, domain security policies, and dynamic groups.
Lead design and implementation of security controls, ensure SOX compliance.
Handle incident response, security monitoring, and audit preparation.
Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct gap analysis, and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
5 8 years HR Tech experience, 3 5 years Workday Security.
Strong HCM security module expertise.
Experience with Agile & Rally tools.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of additional Workday modules (Performance, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.).
