6 years - Experience with State of Texas or similar Federal/State projects (Required)

Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Abilities:
1 year - Experience with State of Texas Project Delivery Framework (Preferred)
1 year - Experience with data warehouse applications and/or database reporting (Preferred)

Summary:
The Project Manager will support the Administrative Applications Production Data Services team in managing the development and implementation of enhancements to the Financial Data Warehouse.
This role requires strong project management skills, particularly within Agile (Scrum) environments, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in enterprise-level implementations and familiar with state-level project delivery frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale enterprise projects related to the Financial Data Warehouse
Apply standard project management practices within Agile (Scrum) teams
Establish project organization and methodology aligned with PMI and Agile frameworks
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables
Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, work plans, and status reports
Provide technical support during business hours and on-call as needed
Communicate complex technical designs and business processes clearly to diverse audiences
Deliver presentations to leadership and oversight entities
Utilize Jira for project tracking and Agile workflow management
