HR/Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced HR/Recruiting coordinator. This person will be responsible for identifying qualified part time child care candidates. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process between 40 sites with ranging shift times. Potential candidates need to be able to identify appropriate individuals based on location and shift availability. They will be required to verify State of Ohio and State of Kentucky child care licensing. This person should have experience executing appropriate background checks and managing candidate onboarding.
