Job Details

Top/Must have skills:

  • 3+ years of IT support experience
  • Strong Microsoft knowledge including O365 admin and Azure Active Directory.
  • Basic understanding of networks and WiFi
    • Cisco Routers and Switches
    • A+ Network or Security Certifications are a plus
  • Strong Customer Service skills and a desire to learn
  • AV Support is a plus
  • Endpoint Management is a Plus

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and responding to help desk tickets (Service Channel)
  • In office support for users and technology
  • Basic Troubleshooting
    • Microsoft software - Teams, OneDrive, Outlook)
    • Azure AD, Intune/Autopilot)
    • Assist with footage requests
    • Desktops and laptops
    • Provision and troubleshooting Windows 11
    • Point of Sales (POS)
    • VOIP
    • AV including but not limited to TV's, sound systems, video systems, iPads
    • Level 1 network support
    • Camera systems
    • Project Management for club installations or remodels
    • Tracking hardware and distribution
