Position Details: IT Administrative Support- Atlanta, GA Location : Atlanta, GA 30303 Project Duration : 3+ Months Contract
Pay rate : $22 an hour on W2
IT Administrative Support
- Provides primary support to the department s Executive Leader(s) as directed. Including, but not limited to:
- Managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
- Carries out special administrative or office operations projects.
- Serves on interdepartmental teams for process improvement or other tasks.
- Answers phone calls, responds to general phone calls, emails, or written inquiries.
- Maintains department records and files.
- Takes and distributes notes and minutes at staff and other meetings.
- Handles Tier 1 information technology (IT) support tickets.
Provides varied and advanced administrative and support services to the department. Including, but not limited to:
- Welcomes and directs visitors.
- Fulfills open records requests.
- Maintains designated calendars for conference rooms.
- Sorts and distributes mail.
- Prepares reviews, distributes, and/or files routine correspondence, memoranda, letters, and reports.
- Works under general supervision. May work independently or with other workers. Responsible for completing assigned tasks on time.
Required:
At least two years' experience directly supporting an executive managing scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks. Must be punctual as this is a highly relied upon position.
