Skill Percentage: IMS DB - 50%, CICS - 25% Mainframe - 25%
Mandatory Skills:
- IMS/DB, CICS, COBOL and JCL
- Working on enterprise-wide applications, Agile methodologies
Process Skills:
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Outstanding written/verbal communication skills with experience distilling and presenting complex quantitative analysis
- Nice to have: REXX, SAS, Cloud Exposure, batch processing.
