Marketing Communications - Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Executive to support our marketing strategies and drive the implementation of communication efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across various teams and contribute to impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project plans for marketing and communication efforts to achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials aimed at increasing engagement and educating stakeholders.
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure effective communication across teams.
  • Proofread and edit communications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage marketing materials inventory and facilitate content updates and approvals.
  • Assist in budgeting for events and manage expenses accordingly.
  • Create thought leadership materials and execute communication strategies for media contacts.

Skills

  • Strong experience in product marketing, particularly within financial services.
  • Proficiency in marketing across various channels, including print and digital platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and design software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively partner with diverse stakeholders.
