Job Description:
We are seeking a System Level Test Engineer to join our team in Santa Clara, California. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Nvidia SoCs, ASICs, and ATE systems. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, automating test processes, and supporting silicon characterization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and run system-level test cases for Nvidia SoCs
- Collaborate with ASIC and validation teams on test strategy
- Perform ATE and DFT testing
- Support silicon bring-up and characterization
- Automate tests using Python
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Nvidia SoC and ASIC testing
- Hands-on with ATE, DFT, and characterization
- Strong in Python scripting for test automation
- Familiar with test hardware and lab equipment
