Title: Data Analyst III

Rate Cap: $35/hr
Shift: 1st Shift (USA)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst III to support strategic data-driven initiatives for IBM s client Truist Bank. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. This is a full-time onsite role (no remote) available in Atlanta, Charlotte, or Raleigh.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of scalable reporting, monitoring, and auditing solutions.
Collaborate with business, technical, and compliance teams to deliver secure and enterprise-level data solutions.
Analyze complex, disparate datasets to extract insights supporting regulatory, compliance, and business needs.
Develop and maintain data dictionaries, entity relationships, and data flow documentation.
Facilitate workshops/discussions to define reporting and analytical needs.
Adhere to enterprise standards and SDLC/Agile best practices.
Become a subject matter expert in business processes and data flows across supported domains.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in IT, including significant software/application development exposure.
5+ years of direct data analyst experience in areas such as Information Security, BPM, IAM, Business Ops, or Compliance.
Advanced skills in data wrangling, engineering, or data science.
Strong experience with Python, SQL, SAS, Tableau, and Qlik.
Expertise in requirement gathering using Agile/Lean or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in regulated industries like Finance, Insurance, Pharma, or Healthcare.
Automation expertise for both structured and unstructured data sources.
Familiarity with identity governance, data security, and compliance frameworks.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
