Sr. Business Analyst - OTC/Derivatives 
Location: Charlotte, NC (HYBRID Opening)
Duration: 12-24 Months
W2 Only H1 Transfer viable HYBRID ONLY (2-3 Days in Office)

Required Skills- - 5-7 years of demonstrable success as a Business Analyst or similar role working with the front office. Strong communication skills are required. - Must have experience with derivatives (OTC, exchange traded , FX, Swaps) - Ideally with an investment banking background within the front office. - 4+ Years of Hands on SQL, Data Analysis, Data Quality Skills are a MUST
- Ability to master complex tasks with minimal supervision and communicate ideas effectively and solve problem creatively
- A strong knowledge of equity, fixed income and credit products, specifically OTC is required. Candidate should have strong knowledge in a few areas: Equities, Rates, FX, Credit, Commodity.
- Understanding of risk measures such as Greeks, VaR, and related concepts.
- Experience with and ability to leverage SQL databases and other technology tools. Note: This is not a data analyst role but should be familiar enough to run queries and extract data, as needed.
- MBA/CFA are considered a plus. FRM is a plus as well.
