Program Manager
Introduction:
The Program Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation through execution. They will work to identify operational gaps, develop and maintain program plans, timelines, KPIs, and reporting. The Program Manager will drive operational efficiency through process optimization and collaborate with other teams to align program deliverables and success metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive 10+ years of experience as a strategic Program Manager
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Run programs from ideation through execution
- Identify operational gaps, develop and maintain program plans, timelines, KPIs, and reporting
- Drive operational efficiency through process optimization
- Change management and strategic planning
- Collaborate with other teams to align program deliverables and success metrics
- Lead program governance including status reviews, risk tracking, stakeholder and executive communications
