Title: Business Systems Analyst Sr - Contractor
Location: Pittsburgh PA
Contract: W2 only, 6-month contract with potential for extension or full-time conversion
Pay: $54-57/hr

Overview

Support of C&IB Treasury Management, specifically with customer onboarding tool, IBM’s Partner Engagement Manager (IBM PEM). The role involves working closely with business units to gather requirements, facilitate communication, and support system implementation within a team of onshore and offshore members.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers.
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
• Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
• Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and facilitate information sharing.
• Understand requirements given and communicate effectively to developers.
• Drive and understand outcomes, engaging with team members and the user community.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking skills, including participating in calls, presenting, and completing real-time documentation.
