Job Details
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with a
strong background in customizations & configurations to join our CRM
team.
As a Microsoft Dynamics developer, you will play a crucial
role in customizing, configuring, & optimizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365
Sales (v.9) platform to meet the unique business requirements of our
team.
You will work closely with the CRM project team, end-users,
and stakeholders to understand their needs and implement effective solutions
within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform configuration tasks in Microsoft Dynamics, including
but not limited to entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and
data import/export
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather
business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for
system configuration
Assist with managing Microsoft Dynamics solutions and
perform deployment related activities
Create and maintain system documentation, including
configuration guides and user manuals, to ensure consistency and facilitate
knowledge transfer
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and
resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and usability
Assist in data migration activities, ensuring data integrity
and accuracy during the migration process
Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful
adoption and utilization of the Microsoft Dynamics platform
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics features,
updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9),
including configuration capabilities and features
Proficiency in entity customization, workflow creation, form
design, and data import/export within Microsoft Dynamics
Experience developing and deploying custom coded C#
processes
Capable of reading and writing JavaScript, HTML, & SQL
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning & best
practices
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power
Automate, Power BI)
Basic understanding of Azure Data Factory (ADF) & Logic
Apps
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the
ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate
with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,
delivering high-quality results within deadlines
Experience with Zendesk & Jira is a plus
Microsoft Dynamics certifications, such as MB-210: Microsoft
Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant or equivalent, are desirable but not
mandatory
