Job Description – Full‑Stack Engineer (UxDevSecFinOps)

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Full‑Stack Engineer (UxDevSecFinOps) to help build and evolve an embedded AI chatbot experience. This role requires a modern generalist who can work across User Experience (UX), Development (Dev), Security (Sec), and Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps) while contributing to end‑to‑end product delivery.

The ideal candidate thrives in full-stack environments, is comfortable learning new technologies, and can seamlessly integrate user-centric design, secure coding practices, and cost‑efficient cloud development.

 

Key Responsibilities

UX (User Experience)

  • Collaborate with designers and product owners to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences for dealer workflows.
  • Implement responsive UI components using React and JavaScript.
  • Translate natural-language-driven interaction flows into smooth chatbot and in-app experiences.

Dev (Full-Stack Development)

  • Build and maintain the embedded AI chatbot and supporting applications.
  • Develop and optimize Python-based APIs hosted on Kubernetes, using Istio for service mesh communication.
  • Contribute across the entire stack:
    • Front-end UI
    • Back-end microservices
    • Infrastructure and hosting
    • Databases and data integrations
  • Work closely with platform, AI, and backend teams to build natural language workflows and orchestrated backend operations.

Sec (Security)

  • Apply secure coding best practices across the stack.
  • Work within enterprise authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth, mTLS, API gateways).
  • Ensure compliance when handling sensitive dealer and operational data.
  • Understand Kubernetes and service mesh security configurations to protect service-to-service communication.

FinOps (Cloud Financial Operations)

  • Design and develop solutions with cost efficiency in mind.
  • Use cloud-native best practices to optimize compute, storage, and network usage.
  • Monitor and manage cloud resource consumption to maintain predictable operational costs.
  • Apply right-sizing and scalability patterns for Kubernetes workloads.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in full-stack development with end-to-end solution ownership.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Python (API layer)
    • React & JavaScript (front-end)
    • Kubernetes, Docker
    • Istio or similar service mesh tools
  • Working knowledge of secure development, API security, and microservice communication patterns.
  • Awareness of cloud cost optimization practices (FinOps mindset).
  • Ability to quickly learn new or unique technology stacks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across diverse technical domains.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with embedded AI/chatbot experiences or NLP-driven workflows.
  • Familiarity with distributed tracing, observability stacks, and service mesh operations.
  • Understanding of dealer management or order management systems.
  • Background in infrastructure automation, DevOps, or cloud-native architectures.
