Our healthcare client is undertaking a large-scale transformation with the simultaneous implementation of Workday and Epic. We are seeking an Integrated Testing Coordinator with proven experience coordinating testing efforts across both platforms in a complex healthcare environment. This is a 14+ month contract engagement supporting integration readiness, execution, and issue resolution throughout the program lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end integrated testing process across Workday and Epic workstreams, ensuring alignment of test plans, timelines, and dependencies.
- Partner with program leadership, functional leads, and technical teams to define test strategy, scope, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate test data management, ensuring accuracy and readiness for execution cycles.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups during testing phases, track progress, and escalate critical defects.
- Maintain a centralized defect tracking process; monitor resolution efforts and validate fixes.
- Ensure cross-system workflows are validated, especially those impacting payroll, scheduling, time tracking, benefits, and patient care operations.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders to manage dependencies.
- Prepare and present testing status reports to leadership and governance bodies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale ERP/EHR testing coordination, with at least 2 years in healthcare.
- Hands-on experience with both Workday (ERP/HCM/Finance) and Epic (Clinical, Revenue Cycle, or HR modules).
- Proven ability to design and execute integrated test plans across multiple systems.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (e.g., SIT, UAT, regression testing).
- Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps).
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving program needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Workday/Epic implementation programs within large health systems.
- Familiarity with change management and cutover planning activities.
- ISTQB or other software testing certification.
