Job Details

Responsibilities:
* Lead the architectural design and blueprinting of Oracle SCM solutions, including modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning), and Logistics.
* Understand and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional and technical design specifications for Oracle SCM implementations and enhancements.
* Provide expert guidance on Oracle SCM best practices and recommend solutions that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
* Define and maintain data models, integration strategies, and security configurations for Oracle SCM systems.
* Oversee the configuration, customization, and testing of Oracle SCM modules.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and test plans.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle SCM applications.
* Stay abreast of the latest Oracle SCM releases, features, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
* Participate in the evaluation and selection of new Oracle SCM technologies and tools.
* Mentor and provide guidance to other team members on Oracle SCM best practices and methodologies.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies related to supply chain processes.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
* Minimum of [Specify Number, e.g., 8+] years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle SCM applications.
* Proven experience in architecting and designing end-to-end Oracle SCM solutions across multiple modules.
* Deep functional and technical understanding of at least three or more of the following Oracle SCM modules:
Inventory Management
Order Management
Procurement (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal)
Manufacturing (Work in Process, Bills of Material, Cost Management)
Planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Advanced Planning Command Center - APCC)
Logistics (Warehouse Management, Transportation Management)
* Strong understanding of integration methodologies and tools relevant to Oracle SCM (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud - OIC, APIs, Web Services).
* Experience with data migration and data conversion activities for Oracle SCM implementations.
* Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM is highly desirable.
* Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle SCM Cloud Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
* Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
