Montefiore IT is actively recruiting for Infor ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management! We recently implemented Infor FSM, and we are assembling a dedicated team to provide ongoing support for the lifecycle of this critical module.
We are hiring for a Senior Product Manager, a senior-level position that requires a strong technical background and significant experience in managing and configuring ERP systems. While familiarity with Infor ERP is desirable, we also welcome candidates with substantial healthcare or ERP expertise. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. They should also have a deep understanding of business processes and how they can be supported by ERP systems.
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Senior Product Manager - Overall Process & Configuration Lead of Infor ERP will be responsible for leading the overall design, configuration, and development of the Infor ERP system. This includes ensuring that the system meets the needs of the organization and that it is configured to support business processes in an efficient and effective manner. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the ERP system meets the needs of various business functions, and that it is aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Subject matter expert in area of product specialization. Maintains expertise in a product area and understands the effects of market trends on all available products from vendors in marketplace.
o Provides high-level input on product design and optimization.
o Provides expert guidance to the team on new solutions and provide management with insight and recommendations on suggested solutions.
o Provides expert knowledge of the business or clinical function being supported.
Manage teams of professionals engaged in providing Product services.
o Plan the work, delegate effectively and follow up with staff, providing support and guidance.
o Responsible for resource allocation within the product group, managing assignments, and overseeing work for new implementations (new system roll-out or new
functionality) and maintenance/support of products.
o Evaluate the team and its members' level of performance, to provide performance management and establish the delivery of top tier services and products to the client.
o Mentor and identify training needs for team members, ensuring professional development and superior technical expertise.
o Responsible for staffing decisions and promotion of team members.
Oversee and manage projects ranging in size, complexity, and scope.
o Contribute to the development of scope documents for existing clients, new clients, and prospective clients within area of product knowledge.
o Develop work estimates by gaining an understanding of the client's business needs and objectives while knowing the capabilities and limitations of the application or system.
o Oversee the documentation of user requirements and workflow.
Manage product requests, reviews requirements and specifications, and works closely with technical teams and end-users to assure high quality.
Determine how changes impact the overall system and that of interrelated systems.
o Evaluate requests for new systems, processes, enhancements, or other opportunities and suggest alternatives if necessary.
o Communicate regularly with others in the organization that may be affected or need to provide input for a successful integration.
Responsible for the design and delivery of product solutions, ensuring that the end product meets the intended needs of the client. Work closely with other teams within the company in order to achieve this.
o Ensure that changes, modifications, and implementations do not affect product performance or other applications and systems.
o Oversee the design of workflow for new systems.
o Ensure systems are performing at satisfactory levels in order to maintain clients' clinical and business processes.

- Participates in all system go-lives under his/her responsibility. Coordinates with Project Managers responsible for implementations as well as other Product Managers involved in multi-disciplinary efforts.
- Regularly speaks with clients to address and troubleshoot high-level issues. Works closely with the team to deliver high quality customer support.
- Meet with clients regularly and establishes priorities by working with the Client Executive and end-users.
- Interface and work with other departments to identify and resolve issues regarding coordinated efforts to deliver client solutions. Allocate team resources to other departments as needed.
Application Requirements:
Lead the overall design, configuration, and development of the Infor ERP system
- Ensure that the system meets the needs of the organization and is aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements from different business functions and translate them into system configurations
- Evaluate new features and capabilities in the ERP system and recommend changes to support continuous process improvement
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including business processes, system configurations, and user manuals
- Manage system upgrades and patch releases, including testing and deployment
- Ensure compliance with Infor ERP security, organizational controls, regulatory requirements, and monitor system performance and stability
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure that they can effectively use the system to support their business processes
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or experience in relevant position
- 10+ years of experience in managing and configuring ERP systems, preferably in the Infor ERP system
- Strong understanding of all modules in the Infor ERP system, including Finance, SCM, and HRTP Experience leading cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in designing ERP processes to align with organizational controls and regulatory and compliance statutes
- Strong knowledge of Infor ERP roles and capabilities
- Experience developing and delivering end-user training and support programs
- Familiarity with Infor Deployment Methodology
- Managing others including employee selection, performance management, delegation, and motivating and rewarding others
- Overall understanding of the application systems development lifecycle
- Industry experience either working in or supporting a client community
- Estimating level of effort for application development activities and writing proposals for work
