Remote SAP Callidus Cloud Application Developer

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Remote SAP Callidus Cloud Application Developer for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Healthcare Services clients for a Remote position.

Expertise in the Datasphere (part of SAP BTP relating to Data Integration and Management)

Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Callidus Cloud Application Developer with expertise in Datasphere integration and embedded analytics experience is a PLUS. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP Callidus Cloud solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Design, develop, and implement SAP HANA Incentive compensation system.
• Develop and maintain XDL extracts, datasphere integrations, Embedded Analytics solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Develop API integrations for loading and extracting data from SAP HANA
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests (UAT)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating to SAP support as needed
• Stay up-to-date with new features and releases, applying knowledge to improve solution design and implementation
• Develop and maintain documentation, including system design documents, and technical design documents

Required Skills:

• Related Bachelor's degree or related work experience
• 5+ years of experience with SAP Callidus Cloud application development, including custom applications, integrations, and analytics.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong expertise in designing and building datasphere integrations, XDL mappings and extracts.
• Experience in Embedded Analytics, including report development, data visualization, and dashboard design
• Experience with SAP HANA, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data migration
• Experience with API integrations is a PLUS.
• Experience with SAP BTP Advanced workflows or Auto Pilot is a huge plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with HANA migration projects, including data migration, data transformation, and data validation
• Certification in SAP Callidus Cloud, SAP HANA, or related areas
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
