We are looking for a forward-thinking IT leader to guide our technology operations and spearhead the strategic growth of our cloud-first environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the IT team to foster innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Manage and optimize cloud platforms and applications, including Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Oversee the delivery of IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades, security enhancements, and modernization programs.
- Maintain the security, availability, and scalability of network and cloud environments through best practices and proactive risk management.
- Drive process improvements through automation, integration, and innovative technology solutions.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, compliance measures, and security standards to protect organizational data and systems.
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute a technology roadmap that supports business growth.
- Provide hands-on support for high-priority issues and initiatives to minimize operational disruptions.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of cloud services, infrastructure, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Strong technical foundation in networking, security, and systems administration.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex IT projects in evolving or scaling organizations.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
- Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to align IT initiatives to business outcomes.
- Experience identifying cost efficiencies, automation opportunities, and process improvements in cloud environments.
