Job Description: Network Support Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer with 3 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of networking fundamentals, experience with leading network technologies, and the ability to troubleshoot and support complex infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational support for enterprise network environments

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)

Support and maintain network devices from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, and Palo Alto

Utilize service ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios)

Interpret and update network topology diagrams and associated documentation

Assist in maintaining firewall configurations, including NAT, ACLs, and security best practices

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and infrastructure improvements
Required Skills:

Experience with ServiceNow

Basic proficiency in SQL
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices

Strong verbal and written communication skills
