Location: Southlake, TX (Hybrid: 3-4 days onsite per week)
Contract: 6+ Months (possibility of extension)
This job will have the following responsibilities:
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Database Developer to design and develop complex database and data integration (ETL) solutions for the Customer Relationship View (CRV) application. This role involves hands-on development, performance tuning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable and efficient data systems.

- Extensive experience developing & optimizing SQL Server Stored Procedures
- Creation of any database-related performance scripting.
- Must have methods for problem solving, have strong database experience, including index strategies, performance tuning and optimization of stored procedures.
- Analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement (such as in the stored procs, etc.).
- Creation of any database-related performance scripting.
- Assist with moving our Test Data Management practices forward, mining/creating test data, etc. via K2View.
- Must have methods for problem solving, have strong database experience, including index strategies, performance tuning and optimization and stored procedures.
- Must be able to create reports and write complex statements for large scale databases.
- Needs to be a good communicator (both written and verbal), be able to plan technical solutions, be self-motivated and have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
