Note: This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds - flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 2-3 per week averaging 10-12 days per month in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.

You will craft compelling narratives that translate technical concepts into accessible content, supporting both evergreen and high-visibility projects. - Lead the development and execution of content strategies for major IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Partner with IT leadership, project teams, and subject matter experts to shape messaging from project inception through delivery.
- Write, edit, and manage high-quality content across multiple formats, including executive communications, intranet articles, user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content for diverse internal audiences.
- Develop and maintain communication plans that support both long-term programs and short-term deliverables.
- Provide strategic guidance on tone, structure, and messaging to ensure consistency and clarity across all communication channels.
- Review and edit content created by peers to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with editorial standards-contributing to a collaborative, high-performing writing team.
- Anticipate content needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and user engagement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic planning with hands-on content development under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of content that supports change management, adoption, and awareness.
- Apply feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input to continuously refine content strategies and improve outcomes.
Skills/Previous Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, writing, or communications-preferably within a technology, consulting, or enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead content development for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong command of tone, structure, grammar, and clarity.
- Experience reviewing and refining peer content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with editorial standards.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across departments and levels of seniority.
- Familiarity with intranet platforms, content management systems, and digital communication tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience using feedback and performance data to improve content effectiveness.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and consultative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience supporting change management or organizational transformation communications is a plus.
