Social Media
- Assist in developing monthly social media calendars and strategies for product launches and key cultural moments
- Manage scheduling, tagging, and publishing across social platforms
- Create and adapt content for Stories, Reels, and posts, including writing captions aligned with brand voice
- Monitor daily engagement, respond to community interactions, and identify trending topics
- Stay current on social, beauty, and skincare trends and share insights with the team
- Ideate, film, and edit short-form video content using in-app tools
- Comfortable speaking on camera when needed
Influencer Support
- Support organic influencer gifting by identifying creators, coordinating outreach, and managing shipments
- Help grow and maintain influencer relationships and networks
- Assist with internal influencer gifting initiatives and manage in-office gifting inventory
- Track and audit the internal influencer database
- Support influencer platforms such as Tribe Dynamics and Statusphere
