Job Details

Description
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, with a proven track record of managing a team
Proficient in administering and troubleshooting Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud-based services
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network configurations
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
Experience with remote desktop support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop).
Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Experience with endpoint management solutions (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Office 365, Azure).
Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
Ability to document processes, train team members, and ensure smooth operations
Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
Willingness to work collaboratively with the IT leadership team and other departments
Ensuring business continuity and maintaining system uptime
Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders as needed

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
