Role: Oracle Fusion Technical Lead
Location: Hybrid--Dallas, TX Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions (ERP/HCM/SCM/Finance).
- Design and develop customizations, extensions, reports, and integrations (RICEW) using Oracle tools and technologies.
- Develop and manage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, Visual Builder, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle s best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Participate in solution architecture reviews and technical design documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, configuration, and deployment issues.
- Manage version control, testing, and deployment activities across environments.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for SRs and patch/upgrade management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of total IT experience, with 4+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM).
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Expertise in:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- BIP, OTBI, FRS, and HDL
- Visual Builder (VBCS) and ADF
- REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services
- PaaS extensions and FBDI
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, security, and data models.
- Hands-on experience with RICEW components and custom solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide solution design guidance.
