Job Details

Position: Microsoft 365 Engineer - SharePoint & Power Platform
Length: 6-12 Month Contract to Hire!
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410
Onsite Requirements : 5 days a week onsite

Summary:
We re looking for a forward-thinking Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of digital collaboration. This role focuses on building and optimizing solutions in SharePoint Online and the Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on automation, user experience, and scalable design. Familiarity with Copilot for Microsoft 365 is a plus but more importantly, we want someone eager to learn and grow with this transformative AI technology.

Must Haves:

  1. 2-5 years experience of M365 Engineering - SharePoint in the cloud and Power Platform
  2. Experience with or willingness to take on and learn Copilot - they are making a push to mature their copilot environment so they may want this person to manage the tool

Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to Copilot for Microsoft 365 or other generative AI tools
  • Willingness to learn and experiment with emerging AI capabilities in the M365 ecosystem
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell), JSON, or other automation tools

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and workflows
  • Develop and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver intuitive, user-friendly tools
  • Implement governance, security, and compliance best practices across M365 services
  • Support the rollout and adoption of Copilot for Microsoft 365, including training and enablement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SharePoint and Power Platform environments
  • Document solutions, configurations, and processes for internal knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (site architecture, permissions, content management)
  • Solid understanding of Power Platform tools and their integration with M365
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
