Job Details

Role: Technical Project Manager (with AI Experience)
Location: Austin, TXKey Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end AI/ML projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable project plans.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Track progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Oversee the integration of AI solutions into business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI practices.
  • Provide status reports and executive-level updates on project health.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar role.
  • 3+ years of experience managing AI/ML-related projects.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, GenAI).
  • Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
