Description
Level 4 Technicians (24 positions)
- Experience Level: Mid-to-senior level.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of fiber optic cabling, splicing, and testing.
- Familiarity with structured cabling standards and physical layer validation.
- Ability to follow and improve upon existing SOPs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
Level 5 Leads (6 positions)
- Experience Level: Senior-level with leadership experience.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate technician teams on-site.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational execution.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Level 4 technicians.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Greenfield deployments (though not required for this role).
- Familiarity with network documentation tools or cable management systems.
- Ability to contribute to hiring matrices and team scaling discussions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $44.00/hr.
