Join a globally recognized ServiceNow Partner with a reputation for delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on Field Service Management (FSM) - helping clients design, architect, and optimize their ServiceNow field service capabilities.
This role places you at the forefront of enabling organizations to streamline operations, improve technician productivity, and deliver exceptional customer service through ServiceNow Field Service.
About the Role:
As a ServiceNow Architect, you will lead the design, strategy, and enablement of Field Service solutions across a U.S. client base. You'll run workshops, shape FSM adoption roadmaps, provide architectural oversight, and ensure clients are maximizing the value of their ServiceNow investments.
This role is about delivering architectural excellence and thought leadership, not just project execution.
Daily Responsibilities:
Lead client discovery sessions to understand Field Service requirements and design tailored solutions.
Provide architectural oversight of ServiceNow FSM implementations and integrations.
Run workshops, demos, and webinars to drive awareness and adoption of Field Service capabilities.
Define governance frameworks, documentation standards, and best practices for FSM deployments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, future-proof architectures.
Stay ahead of emerging Field Service and ServiceNow innovations and translate them into client value.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with strong Field Service Management expertise.
Skilled in designing and delivering end-to-end FSM solutions, including scheduling, dispatch, and mobile capabilities.
Track record of leading client-facing sessions, workshops, and solution design.
Strong knowledge of governance, documentation, and architectural best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Experience:
ServiceNow certifications (especially FSM-related).
Presales or consulting background.
