Description
Key Responsibilities:
Extract, analyze, and process large volumes of payroll and employment data for use in tax credit eligibility determination.
Identify and validate data points critical to eligibility, including hire/rehire dates, hours worked, worksite locations, pay types, and terminations.
Support the transformation and mapping of data between payroll platforms and tax credit processing systems.
Perform ongoing data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple systems.
Monitor incoming data feeds and ensure timely processing to meet state and federal program deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Service, Implementation, and Compliance to resolve data issues.
Maintain clear documentation of data sources, transformation logic, and validation checks to support audit readiness.
Provide reporting and insights to management on program performance, data quality trends, and process improvement opportunities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
