Position Title: SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Consultant

Job Summary: As a SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet the talent management and human capital management (HCM) needs of our organization. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful implementation and utilization of SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for talent acquisition, performance management, learning management, and employee development processes.
  • Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet business needs, including configuring modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Succession & Development.
  • Customize and extend standard SAP SuccessFactors functionality using configuration, business rules, workflows, and integration technologies (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Dell Boomi).
  • Develop and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems, such as SAP ERP HCM, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
  • Conduct system configuration, testing, and validation to ensure that SAP SuccessFactors solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to HR users for SAP SuccessFactors-related issues and inquiries, resolving incidents and addressing change requests as needed.
  • Conduct user training sessions and workshops to educate HR users on SAP SuccessFactors functionality, best practices, and optimization techniques.
  • Stay informed about updates, new features, and industry trends in SAP SuccessFactors and HCM technology, and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors software, including implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong understanding of talent management and human capital management (HCM) processes and best practices.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Succession & Development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is desirable.
