Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform site-wide clinical device inventory and configuration updates during healthcare network migration projects.
Troubleshoot device connectivity and functionality issues across clinical sites.
Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide timely on-site technical support in alignment with SLAs.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve device-related issues and coordinate service delivery.
Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, repairs, and device configurations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and internal security protocols.
Provide excellent customer service and support in clinical environments.
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in biomedical or clinical device support, preferably in healthcare settings.
Working knowledge of medical devices, healthcare IT systems (EMR, PACS, HL7), and basic networking.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Valid driver s license and ability to travel to regional healthcare sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Biomedical or Clinical Engineering.
Experience with devices from Siemens, GE, Philips; PACS/EMR systems like Epic and Fuji Synapse.
Familiarity with asset management and ticketing systems.
Background in desktop support and mobile healthcare teams.
