Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic Supply Operations Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about enhancing operational processes and quality supply.
Responsibilities
- Engage in complex curation and review tasks to ensure high-quality supply is maintained.
- Document decisions and considerations accurately in various tools and platforms.
- Articulate design and selection decisions to leadership with confidence.
- Act as a taste arbiter to align outcomes with specific creative and supply briefs.
- Provide feedback on submissions to enhance overall quality and compliance with standards.
- Conduct thorough research to understand submissions and local requirements.
- Analyze opportunities to improve operational efficiency within the supply funnel.
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in global marketing curation or experience design and production.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks effectively.
- Creative eye for unique content and supply, with an aptitude for subjective decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting constant deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications; familiarity with SQL and Airtable is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in photography or photo quality assessment.
- Background in copy editing or writing.
- Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on creating welcoming experiences.
