Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) to lead large-scale architectural initiatives and drive innovation across enterprise ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform, hands-on expertise across multiple modules, and strong leadership and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture design, strategy, and governance for complex enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.

  • Drive integration of multiple ServiceNow instances in M&A (Merger & Acquisition) environments.

  • Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow modules such as ITAM, Discovery, and CMDB.

  • Develop, review, and optimize scripts, workflows, integrations, and platform configurations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define innovative ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Present architecture recommendations, solution roadmaps, and technical strategies to executive stakeholders.

  • Ensure ServiceNow best practices, scalability, and compliance across all implementations.


Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions.

  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification (mandatory).

  • Strong hands-on expertise in:

    • IT Asset Management (ITAM)

    • Discovery & CMDB

    • Scripting: JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow development best practices.

  • Proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow projects in enterprise or banking domains.

  • Ability to work independently and drive results in complex, fast-paced environments.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating and consolidating multiple ServiceNow platforms during M&A activities.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • ServiceNow certifications in ITAM, CMDB, or Discovery modules (in addition to CMA).
