Job Details

We are seeking a Strategic Communications Manager to lead complex projects from concept through successful execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with measurable objectives. This role contributes to the strategic communication efforts of a business unit or key department, requiring a proactive and independent approach to anticipating client needs and delivering impactful communication solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience; multi-disciplinary communication experience preferred.
  • Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in writing, editing, and developing strategic communications.
  • Demonstrated success in executing strategic communication plans using research and audience insights.
  • Strong project management skills and disciplined approach to execution.
  • Excellent writing, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with adaptability to meet evolving client demands.
  • Sound business and financial acumen; ability to perform market research and analytics.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans that advance business objectives.
  • Craft clear, compelling messages and content across multiple channels.
  • Leverage research, analytics, and audience insights to guide messaging and planning.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, following and improving established processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Track performance using quantifiable metrics and continuously optimize communication initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business unit leadership and corporate teams on high-impact communications.
  • Serve as a key contributor to the Marketing & Communications (M&C) team across a range of activities.
