  • Proficiency in C# and PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server for SharePoint databases.
  • Expertise in building client-side web parts, extensions (Application Customizers, Field Customizers), and ACEs (Adaptive Card Extensions) for Viva Connections using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
  • Advanced skills in SharePoint UI development using React (Hooks and Functional Components) and TypeScript to ensure type-safety and scalable codebases.
  • Proven ability to use the Graph API to integrate data across the M365 ecosystem, specifically pulling/pushing data for Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Planner into SharePoint-based solutions.
  • Experience designing complex, multi-stage approval workflows, handling error-catching (Scope/Try-Catch), and using HTTP Request connectors for integrations beyond standard connectors.
  • Proficiency in building Canvas Apps for mobile/tablet tailored for field workers and Model-driven apps for data-heavy back-office business processes.
  • Experience with SharePoint List integration and Delegation limits is essential.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design using Fluent UI React (formerly Office UI Fabric) to ensure custom components match the native Microsoft 365 look and feel. Expert-level HTML5 / CSS3 (including CSS Grid and Flexbox).
