Pay Range: $29 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shift: 7-5 choose start time (8 hours)
  • Perform various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function.
  • Support the growth and compliance of critical Medi-Cal programs including Transitional Rent, Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Justice-Involved (JI), and Closed Loop Referrals (CLR).
  • This role is essential for ensuring timely file validations, accurate reporting, and operational continuity.
  • Manage and validate data files for ECM, JI, and Transitional Rent programs
  • Own monthly ECM/CS JSON reporting to DHCS, including CLR integration
  • Provide operational and partner-facing support for ECM referrals and CDCR workflows
  • Respond to internal and external data inquiries, discrepancies, and reporting requests
  • Develop and execute UAT for program implementations and file exchanges
  • Establish contingency workflows when automation is delayed

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; Data validation, claim transactions, DHCS/Medi-Cal
  • High school, Preferred: Associate or higher
  • 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare (i.e.
  • documenting business process, gathering requirements).
  • Data validation, reporting, and file processing (Excel, flat files, JSON).
  • Experience with Medi-Cal programs.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, program teams, and external partners.
  • Knowledge of UAT and data validation processes
  • Problem solving, Communication and Coordination
  • Can t work full time or commit to schedule.
  • Error rate less than 2%, 2 business days on issue resolution.
  • DHCS deliverables preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
