Job Description:

  • Seeking a highly experienced Senior Pega Developer with 9+ years of hands-on Pega development expertise.
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust Pega applications and solutions.
  • Must hold Pega CSA and CSSA certifications,
  • Proficient in Pega platform features including Case Management, Integrations, UI, and Reporting.
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of complex Pega solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce Pega best practices, and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Pega application issues, optimizing performance and stability.
  • Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Architects, and other teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Pega developers, fostering skill development.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for successful project delivery.
